ORLANDO, FL — iGPS Logistics, the nation’s leading provider of plastic pooling solutions featuring its lightweight, 100% recyclable shipping pallets, has announced that Kate Henry, Senior Account Manager — West Coast, has been named to Supply and Demand Chain Executive’s list of Top Women in the Supply Chain for 2026. This annual award is given to deserving women whose accomplishments as leaders and industry professionals set an example for women throughout the global supply chain network.

After graduating from the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps and attending flight school, Henry became a US Navy helicopter pilot. She served as Deputy Director of the Navy’s DEI program and ran the annual Female Aviator Career Training Symposium for Naval Aviation. Her skills learned in the military and as a pilot proved to be considerable assets when she transitioned to a career in supply chain. Since joining iGPS about two and a half years ago, Henry has earned the trust and continued business of her clients through her exceptional work ethic and problem-solving capabilities.
“I’m thrilled to congratulate Kate on this exceptional industry honor,” said Jeff Pepperworth, president and CEO of iGPS Logistics. “Along with the many deserving iGPS colleagues who have earned this award in past years, Kate’s professionalism and keen business acumen position her among the best the industry has to offer.”
“I’m very grateful to the iGPS leadership team and to everyone who made this humbling recognition possible,” added Kate. “Most of all, I appreciate our valued clients. They continue to set the standard for innovation and sustainability in the industry, and I’m excited to work with them every day.”
About iGPS Logistics:
iGPS Logistics is North America’s only pooler of 48” x 40” CBA-spec plastic shipping pallets. iGPS pallets generate measurable savings in transport expense, reduced product damage, and other operational efficiencies. iGPS’ platform is a major advance in supply chain hygiene — one that can be easily cleaned. It will not absorb fluids that can lead to contamination and never requires treatment with toxic pesticides or fungicides.
Measuring at 48” x 40”, iGPS’ platform enables larger load patterns and is ideally suited for automated environments. And it ends broken boards and protruding nails that can damage equipment, endanger workers, jam production lines, and litter workplaces. An independent life cycle analysis has documented that iGPS’ solution is better for the environment than both one-way and multi-use wood pallets. iGPS has been named a “Top Green Provider” by Food Logistics, a “Top Green Supply Chain Partner” by Inbound Logistics, and is also a recipient of the Supply and Demand Chain Executive SDCE 100 Award.
